I liked it... it's like how you sing to yourself
and then some solo... that refreshes the song.

Hi Rick,
Somehow I missed this. Glad the LazyPianoMan brought it up.
I was gonna say, "Something a little different from you". But, you compose in so many different genres, I've come to expect almost anything from you - mostly nice surprises!
Interesting - in a good way. Lots of rhythm yet soft. your voice is perfect for this. pretty danged cool!

I enjoyed this, Riccled  It's got a chill, calming atmosphere to it and I agree with Alan in that your voice really suited this tune. Thanks for sharing!

I think the general consensus is the same! Your voice really does suit this particular style of song. That organ sound is also pretty fantastic. The softness of the song makes it so that it's not super jarring, and I think you made some good choices here.
What a relaxing song.
