I seem to remember that in earlier versions there was a checkbox option "Play When Selected", so the song would start as soon as you selected it (I think it was in "Preferences")
I can't seem to find it in BIAB 2018.
Can anyone please assist?

In the first Preferences screen, without going to any buttons, there is an option to Load Previous Song (or just Style, or do nothing) upon startup. But I don’t recall one to make it play automatically. Not at a computer to check yet...
Could you define what you mean by Select?

I am sure you are right. If you clicked on a song from the song list it would auto start, or wait for you to press start.
It may have something to do with the fact that there are now 2 start buttons, one to regenerate the other to play current 'generation'

Don't know if this is what you are looking for - but - is it the box in the bottom left of the SONG PICKER window - Play when chosen - you remember

I don't usually use the Song Picker Window, I use F3 to load my songs, as I find it quicker. It would be nice to be able to opt for "Play when Selected" from there. As Matt suggested, maybe a global setting.
Wishlist perhaps?

Yes. I had in mind clicking on a song from outside BIAB. I think you can do that now. File Menu > File Utilities > Associate File Types. Must run as Administrator, as it write to the Registry.
