91. After upgrading Band-in-a-Box®, I get a "no disk in drive" error when I try to launch the program.

You can resolve this by doing the following:

  1. Make sure Band-in-a-Box® is closed.
  2. Open your Band-in-a-Box® folder. This is usually C:\BB.
  3. Locate and delete the configuration file "intrface.bbw".

Note that this will return many preferences to the factory settings.
