Hi PG Music,
For me BIAB is primarily about Real Tracks and I eagerly look forward to each year's new crop.
Looking at your Real Tracks Wish list Forum I can see that Ember - PG Music has commented on a few posts saying "we have taken note of this request" or similar comments.
However there does not seem to be a pattern to these comments - some have been added to added to obviously popular requests but others have been added to requests with little interest from BIAB users.
Looking through all the requests so far this year - there are a number of popular requests which Ember has overlooked e.g.
50's & 60's Style R&B Real Tracks
Santana
Real Brass Trumpets & Trombone For Latin Singers & Producers
Okay, Seriously ..... Some Real Orchestral Grooves
Please let us know your plans for new Real Tracks for this year so we can all contribute and assist you.

MIDI is used and desired by many here, and they would request that some new MIDI styles and soloists also be included. And there are 200 MIDI Supertracks, a quality resource often overlooked here; more of those would be great.

Nigel Spiers And why shouldn't we have orchestral grooves might I ask ? A lot of us older players enjoy working with classical style tunes. Classical music in the UK HAS in fact had a significant increase in listeners especially in younger age groups. Band in a box needs to cater for all styles of music, not just pop

Yes, more real tracks, whatever it is. No midi styles/tracks used here. Midi tracks ARE used by MANY enthusiasts, Notes Norton for one, and indeed I frequently used midi for slow airs & ballads, so don't knock it. A simple midi string track can be turned into something incredible using the likes of reason. Lush choirs, pads etc....

I like getting the MIDI files from the internet (maybe illegal), and using the samples I bought. When I listen back to the MIDI files with my samples I am amazed at the time and effort those people took to get the parts just right.

Yes, more supermidi tracks please. It's a unique feature in BiaB that I don't think any other piece of software can deliver. I like RealTracks, but the great thing about supermidi is that we can change the sound/preset and it is STILL a real musician playing it. :-)
