hello, dear Users in this forum and dear support team,
Also in the 2019'er version I have the same problems when starting this error message appears:
they have an exception error, they can continue using the program, should save their work and restart Windows!
(see appendix 1.jpg and RBerror.jpg it has 30 pages)
Unfortunately, I have in the case of further use of sound losses and jerk.
When exiting the program, the following error message appears
You try to terminate the program during initialization, if you stop it may cause a crash. Are you sure you want to quit now?
(see appendix jpg.2)

These are my settings, unfortunately the Windows audio driver can not be switched to an Asio driver during the session. (see appendix jpg.3)

ask for help, because I can not continue this way,
Thank you
Fred_100

Your image of the RBError.txt file seems to be from the 2018 version.
Important to note this because the error in this file (from 2018 version) is the same as the error from the 2019 version you copied/pasted.

It says 'Read Beyond End of File'.

In my simple mind this means the application sees data beyond where it thinks is the end of the file.
Could be a corrupted file or corrupted disk section.
The error implies it is file related.

Have you tried other files?

Maybe try using Save As and save the file again with a different name.
See if that file works better.
Or possibly Cut everything on every track from where the song should end to measure 2000. Make sure to use the Close Gap option during the Cut process. Save this as yet a different name and try opening that resulting file.

I'm just guessing with the clues you've provided. smile
If I were you I'd send this same info to support using the support contact info at the top of this page. Call and get an email address from them, or use the Chat option.

Edit (how I deduced this below); 2019 error first (two examples), then 2018 error from your posted error log image.
This appears to have happened before version 2019, as the bottom image you posted shows the same error on 11/20/2018 using version 2018(5), and to me it seems like file related error. Any new FX on that track?

I had this happen on 1 tune recently. It somehow got in the neighborhood of 120000 measures.

The problem came only in the version 2018. Previously, the program ran smoothly.

#TBT The Band-in-a-Box® 2010 "Plug-in" Mode!

Did you know... the "Plug-in" mode was first launched with the release of Band-in-a-Box® 2010 for Windows!

With the 2010 "Plug-in" mode, Band-in-a-Box® opened as a small always-on-top window, and acted as a plug-in for your favorite DAW/sequencer, so that you could Drag-and-drop MIDI and audio (WAV) tracks from Band-in-a-Box to your favorite sequencer. You could work in your favorite sequencer, type a progression in Band-in-a-Box, and then simply drag the track from Band-in-a-Box to your sequencer’s track at the desired track and bar location.

To learn more about the new features that were launched with Band-in-a-Box® 2010 for Windows, check out Band-in-a-Box® 2010 "Plug-in" mode feature highlighted in our Band-in-a-Box® 2010 New Features Video at 10:50!

The "Plug-in" mode development didn't stop there - With Band-in-a-Box® 2019 we introduced the "Band-in-a-Box® VST DAW Plugin" which now works DIRECTLY INSIDE YOUR DAW (Cakewalk, Reaper, Pro Tools, PreSonus, etc.). Learn more about this feature here.

Simply click on the [?] at the top of the program (near the Mixer on the right) to launch this feature. From there, simply type in your query, or choose from the long list that appears in the Feature Browser window. If you're typing it in, you'll see that list change to only show the results that could fit your search - once you find what you're looking for, you can read more about it when you choose [Manual], if there's a video for the feature you can choose [Video] to view it, OR - if you don't need to read about the feature and just want to USE it, choose [Do it] and you're all set!

Watch this new feature in action when you jump to the subject in our New Features video:
