Thanks for starting the group. I joined today. I don't perform live but I've run sound for live gigs for a long time so it will be fun to follow along.

While we are one the subject, I found a yahoo group for Band in A Box a while ago.

thanks for the link. I don't play out anymore, but I did for a while and I might have some information worth sharing, including some songs ditto for me. I rarely even go to informal jam sessions. I'm in for the sharing of info and music aspect to this FB page.

"Bump" won't help if you persist with a "closed" group ...... I won't join until I can see if I am interested ! there are good reasons for making a FB group closed. It isn't like it costs money to join. Go ahead and request access, then you can quit (also free) if it doesn't meet your needs.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
