Nice piece, Gentlemen. Drawn to the guitar chimes and the cello. Has that ambling feel that truly befits the lyric.

Very cool use of harmonics Peter. Gives the song such a cool feel. Vocal and harmonies were excellent. Guitar is very sweet. Really compliments the vocal. Solo was excellent

"Take it down a notch Switch off my phone and throw away my watch Take it down a notch Down a notch, take it down a notch" Yeah, that might work! Great job you two. One of those tunes where everything works so well together. The fine lyric is well performed and the guitar seems just made to be there. The very cool and laid back vocal contrasts nicely with the lyric's implications that things might be a bit frenetic Throw in the nice arrangement (building and then unbuilding - is that a word?) and spot on mix and you guys have produced a superb tune. Tasteful and classy come to mind! J&B

On Soundcloud I wrote a quote of your lyrics: Might not be an ending, maybe it’s a start I think that's what we all hope for. That's why it's so nice to make your music. That is allways your start, but also your nicest legacy. At least that's what I believe. It's a nice song, Peter and Leon

Cool song. I particularly like the chorus. Your guitar playing fits well with the lyrics, a nice mellow feel. Thanks a lot. Peter Nice work on this one Love the progressions, and the vocals were a standout to me. A solid throwback to a classic country style. I loved the switch up on the last verse too. Kept it sounding really fresh and engaging. Thanks for sharing! Thanks Deryk I'm sure Leon apprecites the comments on the vocal. Peter

I dig the message here!! Just retired myself about 2 weeks ago, and now I'm ready to enjoy myself after getting the upper hand on the virus from hell. This is a sweet listen.....nice melody, lyric, vocal, mix, guitar of course!, and a message I can get into. I wrote a song called The Right Lane of Life years ago with the same idea. Really enjoyed this one guys!! Take care. Greg

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
