PS the best way is e-mail. My phone service is unreliable. I've tried all 3 major carriers with the same results. I think I'm in a mostly dead spot. If I climb on the roof I get better signal, but that's inconvenient.

I'll respond as soon as I get it. If I don't respond, I didn't get it, and I need to know so I can try to figure out why.
I just went online to the Anti-Spam quarantine and scrolled through the hundreds of messages until I got to January 10th and did not see anything from you. Most of it was garden variety spam. So you are not being blocked by "Spam Guard".
After a lengthy call to tech help on my web host this morning, the tech did find something wrong, although he said he didn't think it might cause mail not to get delivered.
Everything seems to be OK with incoming e-mail. I've had a few contacts with Nigel and as far as I know, everything else is coming through (including spam). Of course if something else isn't coming through, I guess I wouldn't know
So if you e-mail me and don't get a response by the next day, let me know. IM me here.
Most e-mails are answered the same day, but every once in a great while I may take a day off.
If Nigel hadn't tried, failed and then posted here I never would have known there was a problem. So it turned out to be a good thing he couldn't get me.
The main thing I know about running a business is to treat my customers how I would want to be treated if I were the customer. When I e-mail a company and don't get an answer for days it disturbs me. So when someone e-mails me I want to answer ASAP. It just seems like the right thing to do.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
