I've reported this to support, but will post here in case someone else has seen this and there's a workaround. I think I saw another post where something similar happened on the Audio track. I'm running BiaB Windows 2021, build 813. This isn't happening every time. But unfortunately just happened on a song I've got the most Utility RealTracks on so far.
Occasionally some tracks with RealTracks seem to lose their audio when I save, exit the program, and then reload the song for further work. Here's an example. All the Utility tracks were Realtracks and green when I saved the song. But when I now reloaded the song, the tracks are MIDI and set to the acoustic piano MIDI patch. There's still an association with the RealTracks, as I can select "Generate" from the track dropdown and still have an option to generate the specific RealTrack. But generating it would obviously make it a different track, and I liked what I had before. I've viewed Utility RealTracks as "always frozen", since they require explicit regeneration. But in several instances (not the first time this happened) the audio has been lost. Luckily for this one I had just done an Audio export of all tracks individually. But I had generated harmony parts for one track, so will also have to regenerate that if I ever have to regenerate the other tracks. Frustrating!

Man that is frustrating. I haven’t seen that issue yet but must admit I have not done that many UTs
If you have the audio stems I would import them into cakewalk and continue. Maybe try for an experiment save the .SGU and see if it opens in the VSTi plugin inside cakewalk.
Do you use BiaB to play the songs or end up in cakewalk eventually?
I’ll dig at it later to see what happens.
Lenovo Win 10 16 gig ram, Mac mini with 16 gig of ram, BiaB 2022, Realband, Harrison Mixbus 32c version 9.1324, Melodyne 5 editor, Presonus Audiobox 1818VSL, Presonus control app, Komplete 49 key controller.
I tried loading the SGU in the plugin, but none of the Utility tracks came through. I guess there's a difference between the 16 "Utility" tracks and the 8 "Extra" tracks in the song save file.
I do end up in Cakewalk, but have tried the plugin numerous times over the last 6 months (most recently a couple of weeks ago) and always run into roadblocks or bugs, so end up back in standalone.
I also saved the song under another name, regenerated a few of the Utility tracks, saved, then reloaded. The tracks were fine that time. So it's not happening all the time. And this particular song was started on Saturday, so doesn't span patch releases.

Ah...now I understand, and looks like it's my fault/confusion. Since my normal way of exporting audio via the DropZone (which puts files in DragAndDrop folder) is broken, I had been using "Audio/Export Song as Audio file". That is putting the waves in the same folder as the song by default. When I'd have a new arrangement and want to export again, I'd delete all the wave files, not realizing that this new function of Utility tracks was putting "program managed" wave files in the same folder. Prior to this I never knew anything about (or cared) where BiaB was keeping its "program managed" files. So looks like I have to be more careful. I always use a separate folder for each song, but might have two or three SGU files for different in-process versions/styles, so I could end up with a lot of waves if I have a lot of utility tracks. So I may need to change my workflow a bit to keep things more organized.
As usual, Pipeline saves the day. Many thanks!

This seems related to my post "Another Bug #2?: Audio files permanently lost".
It happens every now and I haven't been able to replicate exactly what leads up to it. The only thing that could be a clue is that I did some editing, tempo map/equalization and copy/cut/paste.
There has been big changes so there would be lots of little thing to sort out and some more features to add still, hopefully they should all get fixed. If there was a choice in the Save dialog it would help:
The issue I am having is; Yesterday I loaded the whole 'Hard drive' that came with the new '2021' pack+ and since this I had 'Downloaded it all previously online. Now! the timing of 'tracks' is going out and all data is playing wrongly out of time? Its also loading the song wrongly on all tracks from BIAB to real Tracks? Maybe I should have uninstalled BIAB first?
But, Your problem sounds like it could be a 'memory' possibility issue. Maybe when saving songs there is not enough 'Ram' to save the song? That would be my thoughts?

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
