Cool! Great to see! Nice to hear again. Thanks for the shot of "Bud the Wizard" at the end!! A good video for an excellent song, Ray. Interesting to see those political images which add a subtle subtext to the lyrics, and everyone playing in b&W adds a serious tone.
Robert Thanks y’all! J&B

Excellent video. It's good to see the artists behind the music. Thanks! J&B Howdy Everyone ...
I listened and watched to this yesterday ... and again now. I haven't had time to post anything new or comment on others' songs the past few days. But have a little time tonight. And yeah, nice to see everyone doing their part. Now, fopr the record, Janice is much easier to look at than all you other folks! But all of you sound equally fantastic.
Loved the way the vocal tailed with more reverb and a slow drop in volume. Excellent in every way . The talent on this forum simply blows me away. And you folks are a big part of that.
Wishing all of you the very best. Take care ...
Alan Thanks Al. Ray did a great job of expressing the lyric with his video. J&B

Nice work on this Ray! It's so good to see Janice and Scott performing their parts in this! It really gives the song a more personal element for the forum members to relate to these talented folks! There's one of the contributors conspicuously missing though and you know who I mean!!! You are far too humble a guy Ray! I appreciate that about you though! Keep up the good work! T Yes, very cool!! Always love to hear the forum vocal queen do her thing, and the tasty licks on the guitar are fun to watch as well!! Take care. Greg

One of the most interesting blues tunes I have heard in the Showcase. Great to see most participants in action! Ray, good work on video!
M.
Thanks for watching! J&B Nice one, Ray. But your conspicuous absence likewise noted. Regards, Leon We tried! J&B Spooky...surrealistic...has a coldly mechanistic, David Lynch's 'Eraserhead'-meets-Fritz Lang's-'Metropolis' kind of visual style that makes poor Ms. Janice seem so lonely and abandoned that she looks like a kidnap victim trying to keep her captors entertained. YIKES !!! No wonder she's singing such dark and despairing blues. You’ll be glad to know I have escaped the kidnappers and am doing well Love your description of it all! Janice

YAY! Glad to read it. Seriously, though, your delivery of those downward-spiraling blues was chilling and heartbreaking, even. Felt it in my bones. Couldn't shake it off too easily. You'll probably want to record something upbeat next, huh?

For the larger Band-in-a-Box® packages (UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, Audiophile Edition), the hard drive backup copy is available for only $25. This will include a preinstalled and ready to use program, along with your installation files.
Backup copies are offered during the checkout process on our website.

Note: the Band-in-a-Box® keychain is only included with flash drive backup copies, and cannot be purchased separately.
Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
