When launched, the BIAB window prevent any other application to overdisplay a windows on the top. This could lead to blocking situation as follows. If you launch the leadsheet window as a fullscreen and then try to access the Opt function of it, you block your PC since BIAB waits you click on the OK button of the OPT window but in the same time prevent the related Opt window to overlap over the leadsheet windwo. As a a result, your PC is blocked. A minor consequence is that you can't access the OK button and have to reboot the all thing. Worse you may loose all the work you did before if by any chance, you hav'nt taken the precaution to save your work before.
Apart from that, I'm very happy with BIAB 2021that I use in conjunction with Cubase. This a very helpfull application.

You probably have the DAW Plugin Mode on.

Often if a window gets stuck behind another in BIAB, Alt-Tabbing to something else and back to BIAB usually fixes it. I don't think I've ever had BB stuck enough that this didn't work for me.

Simon, yes, that's a good tip.
This is the third such case recently where someone had (or in this case, may have had) the DAW Plugin Mode on. I wonder if there is something being changed by an update. Just thinking out loud.

I agree this little Alt-Tab hack works for me and I have to do it often with BIAB. But Simon, as a PG employee, I would love if your response also included something like "We are aware of this bug and are working to fix it once and for all!"

And this problem is NOT just in the DAW plugin mode. It happens in various places with dialog box windows.

And this problem is NOT just in the DAW plugin mode. It happens in various places with dialog box windows. Oh! Thanks, that's important news. At least the DAW Plugin Mode is designed to do that (maximize the BIAB window and keep it on top).

Let us know something specific, like where/when it happens.
