Hola,
Ayer noche compré el realtrack 56 y tengo problemas con la descarga.
Anoche se paró a mitad y tuve que reeniciar la descarga.Lo dejé toda la noche y por fin descargó entero,pero me da error como archivo corrupto.
Lo acabo de poner a descargar otra vez y es lento,muy lento.
Supuestamente tengo 3Mb DSL y no descarga a mas de 40 Kb,con lo cual tarda unas 9 horas en descargar 1,23Gb!!!!!!!!
Mi tiempo de descarga expirará a las 12 de esta noche y no creo que de tiempo a que se descargue y mas si me vuelve a dar error.
PD:Descargo via Mac para luego instalarlo en PC.
He pagado por un producto que no termino de descargar.Por favor,una solución.

Con mucho gusto atenderemos tu problema. Por favor envíame en msg privado los datos de la compra y tus datos de cliente para hacerlos llegar a nuestro dpto. de ventas y asistencia en linea lo mas pronto posible. Nuestros servidores son muy rápidos y estan preparados para atender incluso varias operaciones de red y descarga simultaneamente sin desmedro de la velocidad de transferencia. Si te es posible, te recomendaría hacer una prueba tratando de descargar tu Real Track desde otro ordenador o incluso, si eso no diera resultado, desde otro acceso a internet que no sea el tuyo para ir descartando. Mientras mas datos nos suministres mejor; como ha sido tu experiencia descargando datos de gran tamaño en otras ocasiones en la MAC? Has intentado desde otro ordenador? Quedo en espera de tu respuesta y con la mejor disposición de ayudar a solventar el inconveniente lo mas pronto posible.

Hola Carlos,
Ayer conseguí descargarlo sin problema y rápido.
He instalado los realtracks pero hay dos que están corruptos y no funcionan.
Te he enviado un privado con los datos.
Nunca he tenido problemas de descarga,pero quizá ese día la conexión no era buena.De todas formas lo he tenido que descargar 3 veces y a la tercera he podido instalarlo pero de los 4 realtracks 2 estan corruptos.

En tu mensajería privada tienes ya un nuevo enlace de descarga de tu RealTracks 56 proporcionado por nuestro dpto. de ventas para ti. Antes de descargarlo por favor elimina el archivo anterior corrupto y borra cualquier archivo del cache e historia de Internet. Por favor infórmanos de los resultados en este nuevo intento.
