Anyhood, 2 points for playing with the ambiguity of wrap / rap meaning able to comprehend / able to explain – though I spent too much time wondering if this was a commentary on hiphop. True dat... I do sometimes over-produce in studio, and will even over-play sometimes... but never on stage. grin;-) Thanks Mark. It's a really good song but it seems trapped in a Silk Degrees production. A extraordinarily fine production, bloc-head. Every piece contributes the right amount of perfect to this really well written song. SO many pieces in there all working perfectly to make this such a strong song that can be listened to time and time again. The lyrics also star in this show. I can't rap either, but, man. I love to listen.
