Please forgive my stupidity. I forgot how to remove half of the bar. This 10bar, I only need half of it. How to delete, I have been looking for a long time and can't find it, thank you for telling me.
If you do what Audiotrack has shown, any chords that are entered in the back half of the bar will be gray in colour. This indicates that they won't play. Could this be what you remember? I don't know of a way to make half a bar a gray (like the unused bars after a song's completion).

I think Noel has provided the correct response. If you had bars entered that are not played because of beats per bar settings, then these will be shown in grey. Could you validate?

Yep.... just remember to set the very next measure back to 4 beats and you're good.
I use this occasionally to do a "rit" ending. Take the measures for the slow down.... in my experience that is usually only 2 measures.... add/insert two measures, change them all to 2 beats rather than 4....set the chords and play it at speed. You should not hear any difference. NOW.... set each one 5 to 8 beats slower than the one before it. Do a hold on the last one and you have a very nice slow down to a stop at the end of the song. The gradual decrease doesn't sound like "steps" to the listener like it would using 4 beat measures. Put that in your things to remember file.

By doubling the measures and changing them to 2 beats, and rearranging the chords to match the music you want, you avoid that "step-down" that is obvious in a 4 beat bar. The steps are smaller.... only 2 beats, and they are spread out over twice the measures, so you effectively have a higher resolution and the step down is not noticeable. You have.... in the ears of the listener, a smooth tempo decrease to the final hold.
Here is one example of this method used in a song. Listen to the entire song or jump to the end to hear the technique and see what you think about how effective it is.
I think there's actually 3 different and each subsequently slower tempos used in this ending. You will need to experiment to see what kind of increment of reduction you need to make it sound good. I generally start with about 8 to 10 beats under the song tempo, and an equal or slightly less reduction on each of the remaining bars.
Example: SONG at 4/4 115bpm.... 1 bar/2 beats @ 105, 1 bar/2 beats @ 95, 1 bar/2 beats at 85, and a hold on the next bar. Adjust as needed to give the speed of RIT you want.
