Matt, are you aware that there is (I think) a typo on one of your songs? "Calm Wathers" came up today on my stream, shouldn't it be "Calm Waters"? If so, you might want to contact the Executive Director for Proper Song Titles at Pandora for correction.  --Steve >PS Nice song

I was one of the earliest artists accepted by Pandora in 2006. I can’t believe this has been wrong all this time. I don't think it has...
And thank you for the kind words about the music. When we go into a brisk double-time in the middle of the song, after my solo is an awesome performance on piano by the late Warren Bernhardt, of Paul Winter, George Benson, Steps Ahead, and Steely Dan fame. Pianists from all over have praised his playing here.
For anyone else reading, since I composed all nine songs on this album by using BIAB, Dr. Gannon granted me permission to mention it on this site.

Interesting. We’ve released four albums to all the platforms including Pandora. I was under the impression that once they go live there is no option to edit a title - could be dependent upon the distributor I guess. Now I feel like I need to check all of ours.

Wow, it took 16 years for someone to notice that and say something?
Sometimes artists can get creative with words but when I saw "Wathers" today for the first time I said, hmmm, that don't look quite right.
As an artist on the platform do you have a way of quickly verifying this error or do you have to wait for the song to randomly appear like me?
Btw, are you working on a follow-on album to Brazilian Wish?

More "music royalty" here . . wow! How do I add you in Pandora? I searched "Janice and Bud" and nothing came up.

I need to pull Pandora's registration info from 16 years ago to see if I made the mistake. I wrote to their artist support when you alerted me, so we will see. Again, thank you. I continue to do more composing and arranging than performing at this stage of my career, but I have appeared on a dozen or so CDs for other artists who hire me to do arrangements, play solos, and give their albums a jazz touch.

You mention Steeley Dan. I learned that the ledgendary Larry Carlton played the intro/solo on Don't Take Me Alive from this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TxaxHYxnY9oGeorge Benson? Love the guy. Masquerade (I believe written by Leon Russell) is one of my all time favorite songs; it's a bunch of fun to play that on the bass. I don't know Steps Ahead, Bernhardt or Winter. Have to research them.
