Is there an overlap between the 2022 Bonus 49 PAK and the 2023 Bonus 49 PAK? Does it make sense to install both?

No then Yes. My understanding is that the 49-pak is all new material each year. It is an add-on purchase and I'm not aware of any overlap. I'll try to verify this, so give it some time for others to comment here (although most of us on the forum are just fellow users).

EDIT: I found this description of this year's 49-pak. Note the word, 'unreleased'.
