Running BIAB 2020 (426). This computer is an appliance (meaning the OS does NOT get updated due to conflicts with my recording interface) so I'm running on OS 10.15.6. Back a bit, I had an issue and tech support had me reinstall the software. Nothing has been the same, since, unfortunately. I swear there was a Real Tracks option of "poll-winners" which I used A LOT. I've tried searching for that name and *ONE* option, that I've never used, with midi piano, is the only thing that comes up. Am I crazed or were there some presets called "Poll Winners"?
I should add, using the Help menu, when I check what add-ons I have, it says I have all available Real Tracks (though I have no way to verify that).

You likely have not installed all of the files for your 2020 UltraPAK+. Login to your account at www.pgmusic.com/account and visit your My Products Page. You'll find your 2020 UltraPAK+ files there for downloading/installing. These other files would not have installed automatically with your Band-in-a-Box program. You'll want to make sure that you download and install your "2020 Bonus 49PAK (Mac)" for the bonus items included with that product: 40 Bonus RealTracks, Instrumental Studies 9: Western Swing Country Guitar Licks, Instrumental Studies 10: Train-Beat Country Guitar Licks, Instrumental Studies 11: Workin' Country Guitar Licks, Instrumental Studies 12: Rhythm Changes Jazz Guitar Soloing, Instrumental Studies 13: Jazz Blues Guitar Soloing, MIDI SuperTracks Set 30: Jazz, Funk, and Gospel Keyboards, MIDI SuperTracks Set 31: All Bass with 6 new bass MIDI SuperTracks, "Look Ma! More MIDI 3" with 15 styles, "Look Ma! More MIDI 4" with 15 styles, and over 280 RealCharts for RealDrums (transcriptions) with Drum Notation. To confirm your RealTracks are all installed, you can also open your RealTracks picker and make sure that "Show RealTracks that are N/A" is not selected. You should have up-to RealTracks Set 352.

Okay, found some gaps (which is odd, because when I build then check, it says all are there). I copied list into a spreadsheet and went through manually making a list of what's missing and am DLing those sets, again. But when I click on the dmg file, it seems to choke on verifying, then, once it clears that, nothing happens. Literally, nothing.

DL'd and installed sets matching those missing on my list. Rebuilt, same issue. Turned on "show n/a Real Tracks". Here's exactly what I'm missing for sure (there's more) that I use regularly.  And here are messages when I rebuild the list.

Not sure if techs are monitoring this, but I got a wild hair and completely blew it up and started from scratch. It's working, though it's on build 423 (what it was on last time it was working, so I'm sticking with that).

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
