“…unpretentious, meaningless, banal rock. No deeper message!” can often be just what is needed  The lyric is great and we were envisioning ourselves in the car headed west to the Rocky Mountains. “No rush to be there I've got time to spare. I sing along with every song I know.” The above lines had Janice say, “oh yeah!” The girls sound as good as ever and the band is ace. Nice lyric vid also. Good vibrations! J&B When Janice said "oh yeah" that's all I could ask for Thank you both for listening and your feedback! And, BTW, when I wrote the song, I had my memories in mind of driving west on I-8 many moons ago..

I agree that it would with a driving lead guitar in there somewhere, but I have to say, I sure like it as is. The voice you chose was an excellent fit as well. Great post.

Banal? You must have accidentally listened to a different song. This is a very appealing song. You've mastered the synth voices such that they sound almost 100% human. Loved the song - cheerful and uplifting top my ears. That was a real treat!
