I think you have to make sure that the embedding settings are right on your YouTube video. Put a checkmark next to "Allow Embedding" in the License section of your Video details.
Thanks Callie, that solved the problem! Though I don't understand why it was only my last 3 videos which didn't show properly as the previous 5 all had the same YT settings.
