OP Killer Apprentice K Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 132	BIAB v 2024 (1111) 64 bit I use the dialog boxes for Chord Option, Chord Builder and Bar Settings a lot. In my version of BIAB the Esc key does not exit from the dialog boxes; I have to click 'Accept' and then the 'X' at the top-right of the dialog box. This used to work fine in prevopus versions - I take my choices, clicck 'OK' or 'Accept' and then Esc. Now I have to click 'Accept' and move up to the top-right of the dialog box. A PITA It may be considered this is "by design" but isn't consistent, for example, in Chord Options the confirm button is labelled 'OK' which should accept changes and close the dialog box, but it doesn't; I still have to go to the top-right to exit the dialog box Any ideas please? Is there an option for this (I've looked in Settings)

In at least one window I can recall, you don't even need to confirm the action by Accept. And OK does nothing. I didn't even know about the Esc key. I hope all these windows will be made consistent. BIAB 2024 Win Audiophile. Software: Studio One 6.5 Pro, Swam horns, Acoustica-7, Notion 6; Win 11 Home. Hardware: Intel i9, 32 Gb; Roland Integra-7, Presonus Studio 192, Presonus Faderport 8, Royer 121, Adam Sub8 & Neumann 120 monitors

As Matt mentioned, some inconsistencies have been introduced, and we are not sure if this is intentional, temporary, etc. Definitely these issues have been reported to the developers.
