After opening the Chord Options Dialog Box, when I hit the OK button to close it nothing happens. The only way I can get it to close is to hit the X in the top right corner. Is this a bug in the program?

The window is design to float so you can use it in conjunction with the chord track.
The proper way to close a non-modal floating window is to hit the X.
Studio One (latest version), Win 11 23H2 , i9 -10940X 3.3 GHz, 32GB Mem, a 4K 40" monitor, PreSonus Studio Live III Console as interface/controller. secondarily test on Reaper, Cakewalk, and S1 on Surface Pro 3 Win 10 (latest versions).

This has been reported. I don’t like it either and suggested that the OK button should be removed if it doesn’t do anything.

The proper way to close a non-modal floating window is to hit the X. So what would be the purpose of the OK button? In previous versions of BIAB, the Chord Options dialog was not a "floating window", and would require you to click OK to apply the changes and close the window. Currently I don't think there is a purpose for that button, so I will recommend to the developers that it be removed. This is now in our bug tracking database under id# 4526.
