Hi, I can hear fine the demos when trying some styles, however, if I decide to open that style the resulting playback almost is not audible. I checked the RT and RD volumes and they are high, and yet can't hear them. Is there a global volume setting I'm not aware of?

There are the two horizontal sliders at the bottom of the mixer. Are each of those at or near the Zero position? You may have to click on the icon that I recall looks like an eye, to see this.

Very good, Mike. I get one right every couple of years. That one puzzled me once a few months ago and i cannot imagine how it got changed.

. . . and i cannot imagine how it got changed. I had a similar issue and finally realized it was my own fault . . . I had the slider controls set to use the mouse wheel and occasionally when scrolling up and down on the mixer I would have the mouse slightly out of place and would inadvertently be changing volume levels. Pays to pay attention I guess.

Thanks, that's a very good clue. I do keep my mouse set to focus on whatever button needs an OK, so I'll check and see if that happens on the mixer window.

Yes, most likely it's related to someone inadvertently adjusting the value without realizing. I'm fairly sure it wasn't a deliberate change to the software.
