I’m running it on an m1 Mac with 16gb ram. Very often when I insert an intro into my project, for example the program crashes. It also crashes repeatedly with other simple action. Please help

Please help This shouldn't be happening, of course. A couple things come to mind: Does this happen if you reboot just before a session? Open the Activity Monitor.app (in your Utilities folder) and have the window open. When you experience the action, does anything turn red? If so, you can drill down and find the plug-in or old .kxt file getting in your way. Apple can help you with this. PG Music Support can help you find the crash logs and take a look. I recommend posting this in the Macintosh section. Others who may be able to help may not be looking here.
