Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking about this idea—posting small loops of me with my guitar so others can add their instruments, and we can create music together. Does anyone know a website where I can do that? Ideally, one where I can plug in my guitar directly too? Let me know!  Thanks Lumina:)

I know of one that should launch pretty soon— if all the lawyers can figure out how to protect anyone's rights while making all contact available and protecting the company from any consequences from the massive copyright violations that they wish to enable. Those of us trying to thread this needle are doing ok, however.

Lumina, I don't know of a web site where you can do that but you can record your guitar and post the loops right now. Get the free Audacity software or any free DAW software, get a guitar plug to mini plug converter, record your guitar, post the loops on the free Dropbox, then let us know what you posted. Certainly not the best way to record, mini plugs and motherboard sound cards are not optimized for records, but it can be done.
