If anyone is looking to purchase Amplitube now is the time. For today only it is on sale for only $39 USD. This is a tremendous savings from a list price of $199 USD: my guess is that IK is dropping it and going with Tonex. YMMV.

More likely, there's a paid upgrade (Amplitude 6?) coming as they just did with T-Racks 6 a few weeks ago. Still, GC/MF have had some insane deals on IKM over the years. I got into the SampleTank Max when it was v.3 for $199 through them. When it became incompatible with High Sierra (or was it Mojave?) three months later, IK told me that I needed a paid upgrade (grrr!). So I downloaded the free SampleTank 4 Custom Shop to try it out — and all of my ST3 libraries now worked perfectly in ST4. Score! I did do an upgrade to ST4.5 Max years later when IKM threw so many other products into the bundle that I would have been foolish not to.
