OP King Conga Enthusiast K Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 99 Cary, NC	Hey Gang, I'm trying to insert Microchords into BIAB2023. Right now, I'm just hand copying from a PDF file that has the piano track only, but it sure is cumbersome. I'm wondering if there's a faster way, like taking the MIDI track and importing that into BIAB 2023? Thanks. KC i7-12650H CPU, 32Gig RAM/Win 11 Pro. PreSonus 1824C, Native Instr S88 Mk1, ATOM SQ, PreSonus Sphere, Sonar Platinum, SampleTank4, BIAB 2023.

Jim Fogle Veteran Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 10,260 Winston-Salem, NC USA	To the best of my knowledge MicroChords uses a Soundfont player to augment a RealTrack so I don't believe MicroChords would work very well with the data in a midi file. Having said that, there is no reason to not use the midi file in Band-in-a-Box and select a midi patch (instrument) to playback the midi. I tried importing the MIDI file into BIAB but it would only separate the chords into 2 per bar, and when I tried using Microchords it still didn't sound quite right. i7-12650H CPU, 32Gig RAM/Win 11 Pro. There is a tempo difference between your midi and Band-in-a-Box files.
