I went to Crucial.com and here's a copy/paste from their website.

"The amount of memory your Windows computer will recognize depends on two factors:
the maximum capacity your computer hardware can handle and the version of Windows your computer uses.
The most memory the 32-bit versions of Windows will see (and utilize) is only 3GB or 3.5GB, if your computure hardware can handle it. The 64-bit version of Windows can address even more memory."

Since my computer says it has a "AMD 64 Processor" does that mean it's a 64-bit version of windows? If it is 64 bit does that also mean I can increase my recording resolution. I've still been recording with my SoundBlaster card at 16 bit "CD Quality".


Does the noise in your head bother me ?
