That's the music font needed for BiaB to display notes, Dave. It's installed into Windows. It can be lost if you re-install Windows or do a heavy repair job on it.
I see a copy of PGMUS.TTF right in my main BB directory. If you have that too, copy it again into your Windows/fonts directory. That will install it.
If you fail to find a copy easily, you can re-run the installation program for your current BiaB version. Re-install everything to the same location it's in now. This is not a big undertaking. Don't do the RealTracks and auxiliary stuff -- just run the main BiaB installation program and change nothing in the options. Two minute job.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
