I was having a real issue with this and after about 2 days was ready to give up my solution was real simple and works for the jazz guitar Solos and the PGMusic Jazz Guitar Masterclass. This is for the latest build 76.
You can't have your DPI text size set to higher than 100%, at least with my build windows 7 64bit. I have a Nvidia graphics card and a quad core processor as well.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
