I save the BB files and MGU and once I open it in Real Band I save that one as SGU.

So in my folder I have 2 files. One for each application.

I rarely go back to the original BB file once I open it in RB, however..... if I do, that generally means there's a major structural or key change to the song and I will delete the SGU file at that point, rework it in BB, and then open it again in RB and save it as SGU again.
