if you go to your band in a box folder where your real tracks are c:\bb\realtracks then right click on the usertracks folder and create shortcut send to desktop
now just use http://www.7-zip.org/download.html it will open both zip rar and other compressed folders
when you double click on the downloaded zip/rar it will open showing the yellow user track folder
drag that folder out of 7zip onto the usertracks shortcut icon on the desktop
in band in a box choose generate usertrack
type some of the name in the search bar
