Oh, 1 more thing; RB will want to Merge to a (temp) Wav file first, then convert to the compressed format.
Form your screen shot:
Try clicking OK and let it do its thing.
Once it merges to WAV it asks for the compressed format.
My gripe with this is that it leaves a 0KB size WAV file in the RB folder.
It doesn't take space but messes with the file list.
Make your sound your own!

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
