Simple way: Do the hold for one chord, then hit H followed by a number of choice and press Enter, which will copy quickly that hold to the next same number of bars. Example: I want 8 held bars in a row = I set the hold for the first bar of those eight, then type h7 and hit Enter. Bingo, done!  P.s. works for shots & rests too.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
