I am trying to enter the notes for a song that has a has a fill between key changes. Is there some way to indicate that the notes are a fill, and not to be played or sung? (I am making a "play along").

BiaB creates the fill notes when you press "generate," but only in the bass, piano, drums, guitar and strings tracks. BiaB does not create anything in the Melody or Soloist tracks.

If are entering the notes for a song in the Melody or Soloist channels, BiaB will not enter the notes of the fill.

If you are entering notes in another channel, freeze it first. Write whatever you want. Take out the fill notes if you like. Freezing will prevent BiaB from changing what you wrote.

What would be the purpose of having fill notes marked "Do Not Play?"
