Hello Royarn,

What you are looking at is the Stack Trace Report you can send into Technical Support. VideoTrack is correct, you can just copy and paste the information into an email and send it to support@pgmusic.com

If you are running into an issue, you can always reach out to Technical Support with or without the report, they would be happy to go over some settings with you.

Running the program as an administrator can prevent some more common issues on the Windows platform. Just in case you are unsure of the process:

- Right-Click on the Band-in-a-Box Icon or bbw.exe in your bb folder.

- Go to Properties > Select the Compatibility tab

- On the lower half of the menu, ensure 'Always run this program as Administrator' is checked

- Hit Apply > Ok

- This will give Band-in-a-Box administrative privileges, and will avoid most Access Violation errors.

Please Note: When running Band-in-a-Box as an administrator, Windows will ask you if you want to let the program make changes to your computer each time you run the program. Just hit 'Ok' each time.
