Presuming that this is the number of beats for each bar, you can do this using the Function key F5. Select the bar that you wish to change the number of beats on, press F5, set the number of beats you want. The song will play with that many beats for each bar until you select another bar and change the number of beats again:

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
