I disable the driver in the Control Panel of Win 10 and check it after everyone of those infuriating updates. It seems MS likes to turn it back on all the time.

Jeff, thanx for jogging my memory. Any phone can cause weird MIDI problems. When JonD comes over and sits down in front of our MIDI keyboard controllers and has his phone on and in his pocket we get all kinds of weird stuff coming through the MIDI channel. If he turns off his phone or moves it about two feet(0.6 meters) from the keyboard all is well.
