Hi guys, I'm posting a new track. I may have a few odds and ends to do before I leave it alone, but sometimes it is better to back away for a few days and let it stew. I'm always interested in any feedback from the many experts on this forum. I was listening to some old classic country tracks a few weeks ago and came across Faron Young's "Hello Walls". I decided to do something similar, but with emotions instead of structural features. Same old "wife gone, I'm brokenhearted" tale that is so common to country music. Just a new take, or is it? I hope you like it.

Hello Trouble

Hello Trouble.
I haven't seen you in some time
seems the only time we meet is when
I'm out of my mind
well hello Mr. Teardrop,
I see you've brought along all your friends
The minute she walked out my door
I knew that you'd be coming in

chorus

I didn't want to love her,
but my heart got in the way
and I don't want to miss her,
but I guess I will any way
and Hello Mr. Loneliness.
I see you waiting out around the bend
I tried my best to hold you back
but you might as well come on in

Hell Heartache. I've been expecting you.
I've got me a brand new broken heart
so I might be needing you
I've got a whole new kind of loneliness
the kind you don't ever lose
I guess I'll have to buy me a cheap guitar
learn ow to sing the blues

repeat chorus
