Yes, as long as there are RealCharts available for the instrument, it can be exported in a MIDI file. RealCharts are MIDI transcriptions of the RealTrack. If the track name at the top of the screen has an underline, that means it has RealChart. Also, you can tell in the RealTracks picker by looking at the N column (N is notation, Gt means it's a Guitar track with tab as well).

There are a few different ways to save the MIDI file. It can be done in the DAW plugin. Or in the main Band-in-a-Box program by dragging the track name to the MID quadrant of the drop station and then from there to anywhere in Finder.

For many instruments this is mainly suitable for printing notation, however you might find some that also sound good as MIDI tracks. You might need to check the option "Save RealCharts in MIDI files" in the RealTracks Preferences.
