with just those you could do a lot of music making and production and to cheaply expand - and with a few bucks some cheap sale stuff like $4.99 for Xpand!2 at Plugin Boutique (large set of ROMpler sounds) but you will also need to add the free iLok SW to your PC as well to use (unlock) Xpand!2

If you don’t want to add iLok SW to your “computer machine” then for $25 you can get a fairly large and broad/inclusive sound library of OK to good to very good sounds in Kontakt format, or Soundfont (SF2 format or SFZ) format, or other formats at DSK
