My suggestion is for PG Music to make each mixer track better visually indicate when the mute and freeze buttons are enabled by having the color of the instrument name change to the button enabled color.
The two screen shots below display a piano track is frozen. The top screen shot is how the program currently displays a frozen piano track while the bottom screen shot displays a mock up of the piano track instrument name following the color of the enabled frozen button.
It would work the same if the piano mute button was enabled.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
