Andrew - PG Music PG Music Staff Joined: May 2002 Posts: 6,975 Victoria, BC	I suggest that you duplicate your Preferences folder (F:\bb\Preferences) and name it "Preferences_old". Zip that folder and email the zip to us (refer to this thread in the email). Then delete all files from your "Preferences" folder and run the program like you normally would. Does everything seem to work? It seems like there is a program setting that is causing the program not to boot up correctly, but I'm not sure what it is at this point. Andrew PG Music Inc.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first?
