See if any of the RealTracks in the screen shot below will do. Other than that the answer is likely no.

RealTracks generally provide less range than the recorded instrument is capable of producing. In most cases the artist playing the instrument records chords and riffs common to the intended style or genre.

Many VST instrument developers limit the VST range to the range of an emulated instrument.

So unless you can find some 5 string bass RealTracks or VST emulations or an emulation that offers "extended range" you're likely out of luck.
