That error log implies you are on build 4 of your version - the latest is build 5.

You can download and install the latest RealBand Build 5 from here: https://www.pgmusic.com/support.realband.htm#2019_5

Then with the program still closed, please right click on your RealBand shortcut and select Properties | Compatibility | check "Run program as administrator" and click apply. Then just double click on your RealBand icon to launch the program.
