There is a way to do this outside of BiaB.

Start a Windows Command Prompt, navigate to the folder containing your songs and type the command:
dir > MySongList.txt

This will create a list of everything in that folder written to a text file named 'MySongList.txt'

Get more creative and use extra commands:

dir /on > MySongList.txt {list ordered by name alphabetically}
dir /s > MySongList.txt {include sub-folders in list}
dir /oe > MySongList.txt {list ordered by file extension alphabetically}
dir *.*GU > MySongList.txt {only include files that contain letters 'GU' in the file extension (i.e. .SGU, .MGU)}
dir /od > MySongList.txt {list ordered by date date alphabetically}
