Hi kjtl, the legacy (standalone) Audio Chord Wizard is a 32-bit app only and will not be updated in the future - presumably it will be removed at some point. All the necessary functions have been built in to the main BIAB app. It is possible to set bar 1 from with BIAB - if you start with the new ACW, you can click the waveform then press L to add a marker - once you add two markers and play the song, the first one will be set at bar 1. Alternatively, if you set Marker Mode to None, you can click the waveform then right click to choose "Mark This Point As Bar 1". Can you attach the file here so we can try it out on our end?

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
