Hello David, Yes, you can save the song created in RealBand quite easily as a .wav file.
Click on 'Render' at the top of the Realband program, then select 'Merge Audio and VSTi/DXi to Stereo Wave file'
There are options to render the file to a compressed file or WMA file but I always render to .wav and convert to MP3 file in another program (wavepad) and then copy the files wherever I wish.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
