Please go to Options | Return to Factory Settings.

If that does not resolve your issue, please close out of Band-in-a-Box (if it was open) and go to Finder | Applications | Band-in-a-Box | Preferences. Duplicate the Preferences folder, and rename the duplicate something else as a backup, like "Preferences_backup". Then go back to the original Preferences folder and try deleting the content of the Preferences folder, but not the folder itself. Then re-launch the program.
