Are you saying that I can't input a pattern that I play? You may find your answer here, well actually you will from the man himself "EvilDragon". https://www.native-instruments.com/forum/threads/custom-patterns-in-strummed-acoustic.343799/However, I am not sure I entirely agree with him. There is an editor in some of the more advanced SG products for adjusting pattern to allow you to customize them. But you can't manually play in a pattern. Remember these are samples (which is why they sound so good) and not modeling which is what is used in other strum packages. What you can do is change up the patterns on fly via your keyboard while they are playing. This can give a syncopated (G, G9, Gsus4...) feel which I like to use to customize the sound. Lots of older youtube stuff on topic.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
