Can you screen shot the error? That may provide more clues.

Are other apps open that may be using it (browser, Media Player, etc)?

As OM said above, it could be Windows reset something and you need to set it back.


That's my first thought - I don't think Presonus ASIO does multi-client. Are there any other audio apps open while running PowerTracks?

I've seen a lot of customers have issues with Presonus drivers. Generally speaking the solution for them is to use Windows Audio instead of ASIO, since Windows Audio can be multi-client.
